Ridiculous.  What a way to make fishing more expensive (the certified disease free part), and hamper our passion.  Bet it's not illegal to waterski across the border!!!!

What I dont understand is how does it prevent the spread of VHS if its the same body of water? It would only make a difference if the bodies of water were seperated. Any virus will naturally spread in the same body of water or connecting bodies eventually. Atleast thats the way I see it.
