Post by: Hollada on December 22, 2013, 05:10:27 PM
Thinking of trying a few new frogs next year.   Anyone use the clatterbrat death dealer Bart frog ?  http://youtu.be/pKy-el9FqKQ

Or the deps basirisky? http://youtu.be/c5IcL3XCz5A

Interested in your feedback if you've tried these.

There are lots of good frogs out there. Try as many as you can and see what you like the best.

I have not tried these yet, But I believe I will. Most that I have showed this bait too really like it. Give the fish something they have not seen yet.  :P

Check out Terry Bowdens cold steel soft plastic frogs.  Similar to honey toads but better.

I grabbed one of the lunkerhunt frogs with legs at the bps sale. Can't wait to try it out on the water. Looks good in the video. Heard a little about the legs popping off pretty easy though. We'll see.

But remember, if you buy all of the frogs, and put them on all of your poles, and invite all of your friends, and call it a frogs only tournament...  It will rain and be 50 degrees.  ALWAYS

Yes! But at least you can PLAN for it that way! Unlike the days when it isn't supposed to rain and it does for 3 hours straight...
