Mr. Bill McElroy - Scales and Tales himself, spread his talents around this past weekend, while we were working the BPS spring classic, on one of my Fish Hedz masks. I will be using this for shows and displays (maybe over my mantle..shhhh don't tell my wife)
He truly does amazing work, these pictures do not do the mask any justice..believe me! I will have it with me at Wonderland Marine the end of this month during the Fishing Extravaganza, so stop by and check it out!
Bill - your work is simply amazing!

That looks like the one you were going to sell me and bring to the next meeting..LOL...
That is definetly trophy room worthy.

Would he pay you for advertisement if you wore that around? You could wear it at work, but someone might think your some kind of psycho!
Cool.
Would love to see that up close. Looks pretty darn cool! ;)

Looks like something that you will hang on to for a long time. Very nice. I'm jealous. I am pretty sure I have met Bill years ago in my early bass fishing days. I was fishing on Duck Lake at Interlochen St. Park and running the east shoreline when a guy motors over and says he has had a heck of a morning killing the smallies on a white ish tube. He was very engaging and even gave me some of the baits he was throwing. He mentioned he did the cartoon drawings for Bass Master and I thought at the time "sure." Maybe I should have check the tubes for a drawing. He is a talented guy and if that was him a very nice guy as well.
Yeah I'll pass this one on to my grandchildren...it's that cool. It will go pretty much anywhere I do for quite a while, so look for my goofy grin and the mask will surely follow! ;)
