Title: Anyone on here from the Eastern U.P. Pinestump/Newberry?

Just a wondering as I spend a lot of time there in my north house a fishing and sledding....

Not sure about regulars?? But we have some people that come around from up in that area. I think they come to GreatLakesIceFishing.com (http://www.greatlakesicefishing.com) in the past more often. Maybe because it gets colder up there? :)

Not too many tournament fisherman up that way as they only have 2 to 6 boats in a tournament...Glen Cook is the DJ @ the local radio station in Newberry...He use to do a lot of fishingdown state and fishes NBAA up that way now..
Just seeing who might be up that way a fishing when we are up there...

Glen and I know each other. He took over after me as conservation director for the old bass federation way back before he became a Yooper full-time. Might be why he because a Yooper?!? ;D Just kidding... though it can be tough at times to be the person who has to talk about the 'boring' stuff.

I keep up with Glen on Facebook. He, and a few others, have started or done different things in the U.P. over the years. I sometimes get calls though, yes, they are infrequent.
