not mine but it look pretty clean for a little picture, and the price is in the right ballpark too.

Do those old Stratos have all fiberglass hull construction?

nope, most manufactures started 100% composite around the 2000 model year

If that hull is in good shape that would be a winner.  Could probably get that down to 4K and even repower in the future if needed.  You could fish a long time in a boat like that without a huge out-of-pocket expense.
