Got out yesterday with my good friend Revtro one of the nicest guys you can ever meet had a great time we fished 6 to 10 ft water mile roads, rev put the smack on me he boated 10 smallies 2 to 3 pound range plus lost a few as for me one, lost a big one,rev had one lucky green pumpkin tube that caught all but one,one on spinner bait, he said he is guarding that one.putting it under lock and key,very sweet person to be with god bless him!! cant forget to thank Mojo for his help on baits and locations great guy!! GREAT TIMES!!

Tom was one of the guys that got me started on that lake too.  He likes to share.

Be careful of Clair though, she's addicting.  The next thing you know you'll be buying a boat, more expensive rods, hundreds of dollars of soft plastics, ....... you get the idea. 

We are so blessed to live so close to the greatest lake around. 

late Spring, early Summer, lake St. Clair, full moon/new moon, clear  65 degree water, 5 mph off shore winds. 

Does it get any better?  If so it's hard to imagine.

Everything Rick said.  Fishing with Tom has been one of my favorite things so far this year.

My plan is to be on the lake at 6:15 AM thurs. Winds are projected to be light and variable. I will try everything suggested plus a few extra. I hope to post a good report fri.
