Title: KVD sighting
Post by: red68prostreet on May 22, 2013, 10:41:56 AM
Heard KVD was on White Lake yesterday filming a show. He signed autographs but did not share what he was using. Must be Strike King has something new in the works.

Think he shared any waypoints?

Just yours... ;D

Probably don't need too many waypoints on White. Isn't it nice? Now that you ladies and gentlemen have a Bassmaster event coming, you'll probably be seeing a lot more sightings of various kinds. Probably beyond 2013!

Well, your sources were correct. KVD was on White Lake Tuesday. A friend of mine sat in his home on White and watched the madness. I almost left work early to see it for myself. As for filming, I didn't hear anything about that.

Sometimes he just fishes. But probably not very often with his schedule.

Keep your eyes open. You'll be seeing a lot more.

It should be a very interesting tournament.  Lots of places to run to.....White lake, the Grand river system with all its small bayous or maybe Spring Lake.  Or maybe just staying on Muskegon lake.  Weather that time of year can be iffy so running lake Michigan could be a risk if the winds are blowing.

I am expecting they will not be allowed to run. They will all fish Muskegon Lake. Then the finalists will fish on White Lake. Could change, but I doubt it.

Grand River would be an interesting location for one of these tournaments.
