Dubroc dominates on Toledo BendMANY, La. - Charles Dubroc of Hessmer, La., weighed a five-bass limit totaling 24 pounds, 12 ounces Saturday to win the Walmart Bass Fishing League Cowboy Division event on Toledo Bend Reservoir. For his victory, Dubroc earned $6,163.
