I have a lightly used HDS-8 Gen 2 w/ Insight that I put on my boat mid last summer, in perfect condition. Comes with brand new cables and transducer that were never installed, because I already had some hookups on my boat. Still have box and manuals as well. Gimble bracket as well, just not pictured. $1,300 shipped to your door.
