Mike S and I hit Muskegon this afternoon and were successful in catching a few bass on the last day of the season. We caught 5 fish total, missed several others, and got bit off once each. Nothing very big, but we did catch fish!
Mojo, I think we win the "virtual tournament" simply because we put a boat in the water. Add to it that we actually CAUGHT fish and it's a no-brainer!!! Send our winnings please.
These were our best fish. Mine was about 16-17" and Mike's went about 4 pounds (did I get the camera close enought Mike??).
Nice job fellas! That's how you make the most out of your bass season!
Caught em on opening day in April, and closing day in December. Oh, and we caught a few in between too! :D
looked on the web came out a the pier but didn't see ya. Would have made a neat photo. Any other boats out there.
Man, my fish looks closer to 6#. Nice job. There were a couple other boats out. One was trolling, and the other was a little jon boat. We both agreed that we were glad we weren't on that one. If either of the guys on it would have so much as passed gas, they would have gotten wet.
It has been a good year. More than grateful for this awesome fall and winter weather.
