Title: Ultimate Lake Deemed too good for public fishing
Post by: Mojo on October 09, 2012, 07:35:02 PM
AND WE are going to hold the first tournament on it !

Welcome to Lake Bushman -  Legend has it this chain of three connected small lakes was a privately owned, fully stocked lake. Perch, Gills and Sunnies have grown huge, and support a huge population of Big unpressured bass. The lake is very deep and has island humps, shallows, lilly pad fields, and weed beds.

It is non motorized, and the DNR opened it this year for catch and release only. SO Thursday Oct 18th - bring your row boat, canoe or paddle boat for a 9-2 tournament. Fees are $40 a boat in a 2 man tournament. Contact FenBenn or me for info.

Bring a Golden Rule and a camera because the DNR wont let you remove these beautys from this small protected, unpressured lake.
