I see FLW has joined the idiocy of B.A.S.S with their scheduling now. Why should I have to drive 800 miles SOUTH to fish a NORTH tournament. Why don't they schedule Minnetonka as part of the Texas division or something equally as bright.
I guess it is more like a NE division. Sort of. I'm blaming most of these kinds of things on the gas prices first. And then the non-Midwestern states being way more receptive to bass tournaments second.
I think Minnetonka on the Texas division would be pretty funny though. Of course, I'm not from Texas! ;D
There's nothing that says you HAVE to drive that 800 miles south....
Heck, take the race car down... might be fun going down the highway.
Funny you say that Mike. I was at the engine guy's house last week working on the motor and did a couple "test runs" on a newly paved road near his house. Let me tell ya, a sprint car with no body or wings on it goes pretty fast, wide open down a paved road.
Didn't know you were a famous race car
Driver besides a famous fishermen. Where do you race
Will have to come watch some time
