Title: Stringy Lakes - Oxford
Post by: deepdiver on July 11, 2012, 11:40:24 AM
Heading out to the Stringy Lakes in Oxford on Friday morning for a few hours? Anyone have any tips / spots to check out? Also, are you able to access all the lakes from the public launch site?

yes you can access all of the lakes from the public site if your boat and get through the culvert on the west side, and you might have to get out of your boat to get under the bridge(very shallow water) and i dont have much info on fishing spots as i dont fish it that much

We pulled all the way up to the bridge and decided not to go through...water really shallow just like bassmandan said...we really wanted to but need VERY flat hull to clear it
