I know a lot of you guys have been fishing the Alabama rig. Does anyone know whether or not they are legal in Canadian waters??

Luckily... this guy on this website called GreatLakesBass.com collected all that information and put it on their for you!!

By far the most popular news article I've ever posted: http://www.greatlakesbass.com/news/blog1.php/2012/03/18/four-hooks-legal-ontario-alabama-rig

Summary of all of the 2012 Great Lakes states Alabama rig regulations including links to the individual state reports or press release posts: http://www.greatlakesbass.com/news/blog1.php/2012/03/10/alabama-rig-regs-around-the-great-lakes

DISCLAIMER: These are not guarantees and are, of course, subject to change as all regulations are. I've done my best to get accurate information from the corect sources.

I still have yet to throw one. I do have a 4 bait and 5 bait rig. The 5 bait has little willow spinners on it too. Eventually I'll break down. Thanks to that guy on that website. I remember reading about it in that site a while back. I just forgot. It's tough getting old.   :P
