Title: Looking to hitch a ride
Post by: Golden Ghost on July 01, 2012, 03:34:05 PM
Just started fishing St Clair for bass two months ago. However, with my Jon boat I'm very limited. I can get out any day after 2 or weekends. I know what I'm doing and will split all expenses. If someone needs a fishing partner let me know.

I'm in Livingston county so I'm about an hour away. However, I've been working in Troy so I can hit the lake after lunch.

Can't help either one of you guys since I live nearly 4 hours away, but I did want to welcome you to the site.  :)  Keep posting.  :)

Thanks. As said, I've fished St Clair about six times this year and I'm hooked. Look forward to learning the lake, here and on the water.

GG, you can only do mornings on the weekends?  I'd be more than happy to get out there with ya.  I usually have a few buddies who like to fish on Saturdays, but I would be willing if I have a free Saturday.  If you can ever get a weekday morning free, let me know.  I try to fish a lot of weekday mornings if I can because the lake is less crowded and the fishing pressure is lower.  At this moment, this Saturday is open for me if you're interested in coming out in the am.  PM me if you're interested.  I'd probably want to get to the gas station around 6. Fair warning tho...the fishing's kind of slow right now because you have to spend some time searching for them.  They're in tight groups out deep.  So I have to hit several areas usually before locating a group of fish.  So we might burn a little fuel.   ;)
