Hello all, I am new to the site, but have been following for a few weeks. I have been to LSC twice, both times the lake was very muddy, maybe 2ft visibility at BEST....so I am headed there next week, Wed-Sat...hoping for that Gin Clear water my buddy has promised me is there.....whats it look like for clarity?
From reading and a little easy math with weather it seems post spawn to spawn is in affect.....with that said is there much of a top water bite at that lake, or is it mostly tubes? Don't get me wrong, I can throw a tube all day, but really like top water and crank baits. Thoughts? Thanks guys!
It depends on what part of the lake you are planning on fishing as to what is happening out there right now. I have fished and figured out many different patterns as to how to catch them. You can PM me and I will give you a little more insight as to what you may or may not find. Good luck out there, you should have a good week to fish.
BD ;D
My buddy usually likes to fish the bay by the National Guard Base, however both times I have been there we have had better luck at mile roads. We are very versatile and can fish any pattern. Weather looks good for us Wed-Sat, we will be in my Ranger 520, wrapped in an American Flag Wrap, if you see us out there stop by and give us some pointers! THANKS
25 mph winds the last two days = pea soup.
Pretty dirty up by the base today. My buddy reports very slow fishing in that part of Anchor Bay this morning.
