Speaking of that, when on vacation what do you guys usually do about that. i had one place that i put all 3 batteries and my charger and brought them up to my room to charge for the night. i got some funny looks on that.

I could just imagine how some of the "birmingham high class" would react to having their perfect little upscale town overun with bass boats. I would love to see the reaction. For those of you who aren't from this area, Birmingham is a very high class, ritzy city filled with many people who feel "superior" to everyone else. On weekends the town is overun with "children of privelage" who wouldn't know an hard days work if it bit them in the butt. Don't get me wrong, not everyone from Birmingham is like that, but it seems to be the general tone. I avoid that place at all costs, but with my in-laws now living there, its not always possible.
That would be nice. But, my truck has rust, and my boat has a couple of scratches. That would make me white trash to them. Besides, I really wouldn't want to miss out on the fun of leaving home at 2:30 in the morning to fish LSC, and drive home that evening. Now that's a good time. I can't believe the Pollock doesn't want to drive from Traverse area to Detroit and back in one day. ???

I park my rig as close to my room as possible and run an extension cord out the window!!
Got a 150 feet of cord i take along. The Gun Lake Motel is nice. The gap under the door to my room was big enough the cord did not pinch. Was also glad nothing crawled in through the gap.
That you know of...
and what not.
I have learned that it's better that I get some actual sleep before fishing all day. Might even have to stay sat night incase we all end up at a bar.
Plus I realllyyyyyy need a weekend away from here.
