Seems the fisherman "forgot" to buy a license!!  I tried to be congratulatory towards this guy... but what a moron!!

It's a shame that that fish is gone. It's really bad that it wasn't even caught by an honest angler. I guess that's just the way it goes.

Sometimes. Not always. Most anglers, hunters and outdoors people are good people.
