Title: Alabama rig article in this months Bass Times
Post by: Waterfoul on January 13, 2012, 09:52:42 AM
Just read it.  They did some homework and figured out which states allow it, which states would need modification (down to 3 hooks), and which states do not allow it.

One interesting thing... it is legal to use in New York, but not in Vermont.  So if you are fishing Lake Champlain you would need to know exactly what state you are in at that moment.

Not legal in Arizona.  Lord knows there's a TON of bass fishing in Arizona.  :D

The A-rig is legal in Alabama and Kentucky but not Tennessee.  An angler would have to know where he is when fishing Kentucky Lake or Dale Hallow.  The A-rig is also legal in the state of Michigan.  Mark my words, it is just a matter of time before they outlaw the A-rig all together.
