Title: Water level on the Grand

Does anybody know what the water level is at the Grand river as compared to "normal"   Higher or lower and by how much?

Can anybody from the West side tell me is it average, below average or above average? Just a rough guess will do.

if you look at the mean and median it will give an idea of where it is at.

Down over all, perhaps up a touch from last year but down over all.
