It's been a good day for me today. Around 10:00 am, the little girl from next door came over to tell me that a package was delivered to their house by mistake. She handed me a large envelope type package, and I saw it was from Bass Pro Shop. I knew that inside would be my autographed jersey I won in the KVD Fishing Package Contest.
What I didn't know was what the actual "jersey" would be. I was hoping it was an actual KVD competition jersey, but I had looked on Quantum's site, and if you bought a new reel or pole you could get a long sleeve t-shirt which they called a "jersey." Because I received as part of the contest package a Quantam reel and casting rod, I suspected I was getting the later, but to my surprise it was an actual KVD tournament jersey!! I couldn't get to loud, because I didn't want to scare the 5 year old.
I showed the little neighbor girl the jersey, and she said it was nice. As she walked back home though, I was doing a happy dance, with fist pumps, to be sure!
I now have an actual autographed KVD tournament jersey that is going to get taken to the frame shop, and then put up on my wall. Thanks, Bass Pro Shop, and a special thank you to the King Kong of the bass fishing world, Mr. Kevin Van Dam. You guys made an old man pretty happy today!!

I figured you were getting an actual KVD tournament jersey. KVD usually doesn't mess around with these kinds of things.
