Title: MinnKota parts
Post by: Mike S. on June 27, 2011, 09:39:08 PM
I have a Maxxum 101, and the indicator doesn't turn on it.  I tore it apart, and it is missing the center gear that helps to turn it.  Does anybody know where I should go, or who I should get ahold of to order this part?  Or, does anybody have a junk one laying around by any chance?

I know D&R Sports does a lot with MinnKota, I'm sure they can get you a new one.

I ended up calling a boat dealer here in town, who says he can't sell MinnKota or Motor Guide parts. He says all he can do is send the whole motor in. But, he also gave me the nwumber to MK.  I called them, and they emailed me a parts diagram of my motor, and then when I called back, they gladly sold me the part I needed that cost me a whopping 60 cents. Shipping was $10.30, though. So, thanks everyone for your help.
