Any body have any info on Lowrance globalmap 3500 c gps units? Is it a good one? I don't know much about these so any info is good info.

Nice looking unit. Same size and resolution as my LMS-480M, but in color, so I expect it is a great unit for color GPS mapping.

Mine is the sonar/GPS-WAAS combo unit in monochrome, but I really like it. Fast satellite lock. I'm just using the MapCreate software right now, but the increased detail is pretty nice and extremely accurate (no depth contours, but markers and names of everything).
