Title: $12,000 first place quaranteed and the tournament is already filled
Post by: Dan on January 29, 2010, 11:25:55 AM
Looks like the thing to do is sell the boat and start ice fishing. The Midwest Open on Wampler's Lake near Brooklyn, MI is having a tournament this weekend that is already filled with 150 2-man teams. The best 8 gills and 8 crappie take home a $12,000 pay out. Lots of other pretty good prizes as well. Here's the link if you want to read more about it. http://www.midwestopentournament.com/index.html
I should have pictures and a story on the teardropbass.com website early next week.

Not always... only when the fish aren't biting much.
