Free hot dogs are a pretty good sell, but is there any chance to find out the bulk oil price other than driving down?  That is what I need but once I'm through the door, who knows what's going to happen!

Also, all parts and accesories will be 20% off.  This is something that we would like to turn into an annual event.  With the low number of tackle vendors at the boat and outdoor shows, we thought it would be a neat idea to get everybody together under one roof and get ready for the season.  Hope to see everyone this weekend.  If you have any questions, please give me a call.

WOW - I just realized I am excited about 2cycle oil being $18/gal and you even have to bring your own jug?????

Oh well, times are changing and I'm not going to stop fishing so I better ignore it like I ignore the fuel bill!

Seems like some GREAT prices on oil to me compared to what I saw all over last year!!! I think this is a idea that was just waiting to happen again. Can't call it BASS*A*RAMA I guess, but we can probably come up with a new and better, modern era name for it.

Make it a big hit this year and maybe it gets even bigger next year. I do miss the old BASSARAMA...

Pat, this winter was at least a year long. Or should I say 'is' so I don't jinx it??? I still need to do a number of things before I ever get a rod in the water... but not until after this weekend.

I'll be there trying to find some deals on tackle before I leave for Kerr Lake for the Ranger Owners tournament.

I like Wonderland A Rama or The Reel Fishing Extravaganza

Guys,

I dont think i am going to make it tomorrow.  Baby shower.  My wife originally told me i didnt have to go but she changed her mind.  I aint arguing with a pregnant woman.  So, i am going to drop some stuff off tonite at Wonderland.  I am waiting for Rob to call me back.  If its cool with him, the first 10 guys who are GLB members who find him get some free baits. Unfortunatly, my ultra sweet amazing phenomenal outstandingly cool beaver mold is still in the works.  Hope to have it soon and i will get you guys some Johnny Fevers in the near future.  For now tho, its gonna be 5" stick, new and improved gobys, and possibly some small craw style jig chunks if i can figure out how to pour them in the next couple of hours.

ok, first 10 GLB members who find Rob Bakeman and tell him there username on this forum get some freebies.  Dont forget to thank him for sponsoring this great website, too.  Maybe even give him a big hug.

I will be there Sunday, so if you cant make it tomorrow, look for me on Sunday for some free baits.

No, just find Rob, introduce yourself, and then perform the secret GLB handshake and you will be all set.

Remember, if you are one of the first 10, make sure you email me to let me know afterwards, cuz i have some more stuff for ya in the near future.  Just waiting on another mold or 3.

All of the tackle vendors are in here setting up right now.  I might spend more money this weekend than I'm gonna make.  I think everyone is going to be pretty impressed.  Hope to see everyone tomorrow.

I will have red painted 'hat hooks' courtesy of the hard work of fowlmouth for sale for $3 - if you're wearing a hat - you can clip one of these on and it'll be like a mini neon light to other members.

got there sometime around after 1 sat. right away struck up conversation w/fiker50 and re-met fowlmouth (sorry, didn't buy a hat hook - got plenty of them). then to chit chat w/guys from my club and also do red dragon. was well over an hour or so later before making way to to those free hotdogs for lunch. dan bumped into me to say hi while a dressing the dogs. :o  :o (or was it in the showroom?).. got my oil and looked around parts area before heading back to show room. more chit chat and purchased some more provider tackle jig heads & dragon tubes. lefted around 3:30.
all in all a very well function. enjoyed... i can see the anticipation of all wanting to get out soon. go today if didn't yesterday.  didn't stop my to see robtheboatman, figured i didn't make the top (first) 10. did here someone got there 1/2hour early before open just so he could get the free stuff...... ::)want to thank chris, rob & the rest of wonderland, and to see it again next year.
