espn360 has it on right now
Ok
He's leading
Half the field didn't even have a limit
absolutly disgusting(in a good way)
KVD was 1st out this morning.......tommorow he is 51st........he fished close to ramp...Is someone going to steal his spot ??????
I think with the water temp rising he might have some other spots to try too. It seemed like he was prepared for it. Some of the guys that did bad were the guys that followed the pattern they used during practice which was much colder. Hopefully it all works for him.

I have a feeling KVD doesn't fish spots. He'll survive, even if he goes out #101 ;D
He'll probably win it. Lead the whole thing wire to wire.
BD ;D
Got my fingers crossed.
KVD is a MACHINE GO MICHIGAN BOY
KVD in second place by 2 ounces.
Top 4 are packed together.
Snday is going to be a slugfest. My money is still on KVD.

From BASS Communications:
Michigan's Kevin VanDam wins 2010 Bassmaster Classic, his third title in fishing's premiere event
BIRMINGHAM, Ala. — The 2009 Toyota Tundra Bassmaster Angler of the Year, Kevin VanDam of Kalamazoo, Mich., added another accolade to his career Sunday, winning the 40th Bassmaster Classic on Lay Lake. Full story on ESPN Sports (http://sports.espn.go.com/outdoors/tournaments/classic/news/story?page=b_classic_10_Day3Gamer)
KVD becomes the first BASS pro to top the $4 Million mark! Hard to believe growing up starting bass tournaments in Michigan the same time he did that I was fishing against the eventual top bass tournament angler in the world. Helps not feel so bad now thinking how many times he kicked all our butts considering he pretty much kicks everyones' butt at every level!! :)
Why can't we see at least the final weigh in ,On Tv before 10:00 pm??
It's not live, nor is any network going to want to show a live weigh in program, so it has to be produced and edited to a reasonably interesting program. I think this is why it is 10pm.
I figured the guy that would leave Beeswax Creek on Sunday would win it. He is amazing!
However, I feel for Kreit. He looked devistated walking off the stage! I was following the blogs and reports all day so as I was watching on ESPN360 I figured KVD had it. I stated to my wife that I actually was hoping Kriet would win it as it would help him more in his career. But KVD is just to much!
I realize that the appeal to the general public isn't there for a 3 hour weigh in show. But I still would love to see at least a semi-live show ,with at least the top 3 or 5 anglers.Hopefully in the future the popularity will expand to that point. And if not every 4 years at least i can watch ice dancing instead.

I didn't think KVD ever left the creek? I feel asleep and was going to watch the 2nd hour today.
I had a feeling that Kreit was setting himself up with all the talk for another disappointment. I'm glad he was feeling confident and staying focused but don't be calling KVD out, that is just a bad tactic. It's pretty obvious that KVD has a permanent place in his head and that won't go away until he wins an elite event or KVD retires.
I watched the weigh in on line. I noticed two things I thought were odd.
1. As i watched the video in one window, I kept the live leader board in the another. The leader board was actually several seconds a head of the video.
2. Whey did they have KVD weigh in last? Did they go in alphabetical order or something?
They usually try to load the weigh ins in these types of events on the last day in what ever order builds the most suspense.
Tell you what... You guys and gals help me get to 20,000 members and I will pay for a live Classic weigh in!! Let's make it happen! If we hurry KVD will still be winning!!

No KVD never did leave. I figured going into Sunday someone would leave and catch them. Tim Horton said that on Day 2 coverage as well. Wonder how many guys were sitting there this morning ready to pound on those areas!
