Title: P O S airbrush
Post by: bassassasin88 on April 15, 2009, 09:00:02 PM
Just as soon as I get the hang of it, my P O S airbrush wont spray. I have awesome luck. Its a ps900 and I was loving it, now theres an air leak around the tip, and it wont spray. When I can get it to spray theres a ton of overspray. I ripped it a part and cleaned it, I have no clue what the problem is. I even tried to order a new one and there on backorder. That company is really good to me, so I dont want to bad mouth there products. Its probably my fault.

Is your trigger assembly sticking?

i think there is a rubber o-ring in the air hookup that can get damaged or dry-rot or whatever....
that or the needle isn't locked down in the right position. ON that brush you can adjust the needle position, try moving it forward a bit and see if it stops the crazy spatter.... might just not be fully seated in the tip.

Jut had the same problem with my Badger. Make sure that you check the tip(inside) for residue. That wa my problem.
