GREATLAKESBASS.COM VIDEO INSTRUCTIONS AND TERMS OF USE

TERMS
1. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY THE FOLLOWING AGREEMENT AND OUR SERVICE'S TERMS & CONDITIONS (FLIQZ.COM). BY CLICKING ACCEPT ABOVE, ACCESSING, BROWSING, AND/OR OTHERWISE USING THE VIDEO SERVICE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE FOLLOWING TERMS & THE TERMS OF FLIQZ.COM, AND ANY FUTURE MODIFICATIONS (COLLECTIVELY, THE "TERMS"). IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, THEN PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

2. THE GREATLAKESBASS.COM VIDEO SERVICE IS NOT AVAILABLE TO PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 13 OR TO ANY USERS SUSPENDED OR REMOVED FROM THE VIDEO SERVICE BY GREATLAKESBASS.COM OR BY FLIQZ. BY USING THE VIDEO SERVICE, YOU REPRESENT THAT YOU ARE AT LEAST 13 YEARS OF AGE AND HAVE NOT BEEN PREVIOUSLY SUSPENDED OR REMOVED FROM GREATLAKESBASS.COM OR THE FLIQZ SERVICE.

3. Do not upload copyrighted material not your own or the you do not have the legal right to distribute, display and otherwise make available to others - such as TV shows, movies, or music videos.

4. Do not upload pornographic, threatening, embarrassing, hateful, racially or ethnically insulting, libelous, or otherwise inappropriate content. These videos will be deleted and identified uploaders blocked.

5. Do not make unapproved offers, advertisements or proposals. Only sponsors of GreatLakesBass.com or pre-approved persons may upload product and promotional videos. All others will be deleted.

6. You must be a member or sponsor of GreatLakesBass.com to upload a video. If you are not a member, please join GreatLakesBass.com by registering on the forum before uploading a fishing video. If you wish to sponsor / advertise on GreatLakesBass.com, please visit our advertising page for more information.

7. Videos must be fishing-related and meet all the other requirements to be uploaded to our video service. If you are unsure about the appropriateness of your video, please contact us first.

8. GreatLakesBass.com reserves the right to stop the video service or uploads, and to block or delete any uploaded video without notice or explanation.

COMPLETE INSTRUCTIONS & LIMITATIONS
1. Fill in a descriptive title – limit 50 characters.

2. Please fill in longer description &ndash: 300 character limit – covering the who, what, where and when the video pertains to. Please include your member name at the end of the description.

3. Click the Browse button & choose a supported video file** from your hard drive – 300 MB maximum file size. Please review your software for how to lower file size to meet this size limit – GreatLakesBass.com can not provide this help for non-sponsors. **Supported file types are .mov, .avi, .flv, .mpeg, .wmv, .mpg, .mp4, .3gp, .dv, .qt, .asf, .mp3, .wav, .wma, .qcelp, .amr-nb, .movieclip, .mod, .3g2.

4. Check the Accept check box which signifies you have read and agree to all terms for GreatLakesBass.com and Fliqz.com.

5. Click the Upload button. If the upload button is still grayed out, you have not filled all text and check boxes with valid information.

6. Upload time depends on your Internet connection speed & your video file size – 300 MB maximum.

7. Click the Refresh button when your upload finishes to upload another video. GreatLakesBass.com does have a maximum number of uploads per month limit to keep service costs reasonable. Please do not upload a large number of real short videos.

8. Depending on the size of your video, the video file type and the time of day/week, your video will take several minutes to an hour or more to finish encoding through our service. Your video will show on the video browse page in the order it was encoded once encoding is complete. You may have to refresh the video browse page before your recently uploaded video is visible. Email 'video at greatlakesbass dot com' if you have problems seeing your video. Depending on the rate of uploads, your video may be several pages into the video browse page. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for a response.
