Rules to Upload Your Video to the GreatLakesBassdotcom Channel
  1. Keywords: When supplying multiple keywords in the upload form, separate each keyword with a comma and no spaces to avoid a Youtube login error.
  2. Important: Do not upload any TV shows, music videos, music concerts, background music or commercials without permission unless they consist entirely of content you created yourself.
  3. The Youtube Copyright Tips page and the Youtube Community Guidelines can help you determine whether your video infringes someone else's copyright or is inappropriate for our site.
  4. Video can be up to 2 GB in size. Time to upload will depend on your connection speed and may take quite a while. Larger videos will be more difficult to successfully upload due to many factors not in our control.
  5. Video can be up to 15 minutes long and can be HD.
  6. Video can be a wide variety of formats - any format that Youtube accepts.
  7. This Video Service is intended for video related to fishing and the outdoors in the Great Lakes region. Video not related to the website subject matter may be removed without notice or explanation.
  8. Video Service is provided AS IS. We cannot guaranty your video will upload successfully, we cannot assist with video formatting and resizing and your video may be removed by GreatLakesBass.com or Youtube without notice or explanation.
  9. The GreatLakesBass.com Video Service is not available to persons under the age of 13 or to any users suspended or removed from the Video Service by GreatLakesBass.com or by Youtube. By using the Video Service, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age and have not been previously suspended or removed from GreatLakesBass.com or Youtube.
  10. Do not upload videos that promote a product or service that you are commercially involved in unless you are presently a GreatLakesBass.com sponsor advertiser or approved in advance by GreatLakesBass.com in writing. All unapproved promotional or solicitation videos will be deleted.
  11. Do not upload pornographic, threatening, embarrassing, hateful, racially or ethnically insulting, libelous, or otherwise inappropriate content. These videos will be deleted and identified uploaders blocked.
  12. You shall be solely responsible for your own Content and the consequences of submitting and publishing your Content on the Service. You affirm, represent, and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to publish Content you submit; and you license to GreatLakesBass.com and YouTube all patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights in and to such Content for publication on the Service pursuant to these Terms.
  13. For clarity, you retain all of your ownership rights in your Content.
