Below is the volunteer need schedule for the 2018 Outdoorama Detroit. Volunteers who work at least 2 hours will get a free exhibitor pass to the show that is good for the whole show. I cannot give out passes to persons who don't help at the booth so please stay at the booth and help out during your time(s)!

UPDATED 2/28/18 (1:50PM): Booth 5714 - Please help me keep the schedule up-to-date. PM or Contact Me if you have a change or any questions.

We could use 1 or 2 helpers for ~30 minutes after the show ends Sunday for tearing down and packing the booth and materials into my car. That would be awesome if you can help!?! All volunteers will be added for a year to the special GLBass Friends group if not already in there. And you will have my eternal thanks and appreciation!

BOOTH VOLUNTEERS SUMMARY
You will get more details in the private volunteers area of the forum. You will be able to see it once I add you to the temporary show group. I will state a few things now. I need people who can talk to others in an outgoing, friendly fashion about joining the websites - mostly GreatLakesBass.com and GreatLakesIceFishing.com, handing out stuff and just answering general questions about fishing. NO ALCOHOL in the booth. No sales or giveaways of items not pre-approved by me before the show.

This is only a 10x10 booth so there's not a lot of room for extra friends and family to come and hang out in the booth. Please NO extra people behind the table or blocking the table front who are not on the volunteer list. The schedule can be adjusted some to accommodate people willing to help who can't fit one of the existing time slots. THANK YOU!!!!

If you helped me at the Ultimate Fishing Show - the parking and badge details are pretty much the same but if I get any volunteers I will post the information to the private volunteers' board.

My work put us on no overtime on Monday. Then they saw production numbers. Now it looks like I may work all weekend. I'll know more today.

djkimmel

Well, you probably don't want to come until the weekend anyway. Roads are not good right now. Anyone who decides to come down and visit DRIVE CAREFUL!!

Dan, I have Saturday off. Plans to install my bow360 too, but when would be better for you for me to come? Morning or afternoon/evening?

djkimmel

Probably afternoon. That's when my energy level slips the most before evening anyways, which may or may not be busy.

You still have until 5pm today (Sunday, March 4) to come on down to the Suburban Collection Showplace to visit at Outdoorama. Get some exercise! Tell some big fish stories! Catch the bass fever early! I'm waiting to say hi!
