If you haven't seen it yet on the Outdoor Channel, ZONA's Awesome Fishing Show (ZAFS) this weekend - tonight at 8PM (NEW TIME), and then again Saturday 9AM and Sunday 8:30AM.

Another awesome clear water big smallmouth bass catching show with some more AWESOME underwater footage and a passionate speech at the end that does a pretty good job from the Z-Train of explaining why I love fishing too!

Check out MarkZona.com today for a cool teaser of what you can expect to see if you haven't seen the early show!

You can also catch ZAFS early at 11AM Friday morning's for future shows.

I recommend keeping up with Z on facebook at ZONA's Awesome Fishing Show for the latest pictures, videos and Z entertainment you know you can count on! I'm always entertained by Z!

Na . He did a show on Torch river during duck season 2 years ago and you can just see me backed up in the reeds at the mouth of the river duck hunting.

There was a 'fan' in a Ranger Fisherman boat taking a bunch of pictures in the background of this episode, if that is the one you refer too? I think that is an older Ranger Fisherman boat in the background?

This might be my favorite fishing episode ever. The speech part really hit home with me. I have been hunting and fishing literally since I can remember. It is like Zona said, that has always been the good part of my life. It is what me and my friends/family look forward to year in and year out. When things were going real bad in my life I have always been able to go fishing and when there is a fish pulling on my line for those few seconds or minutes I could care less about anything else and am happy. I really don't know how many other things (or even if there are any) you can do in your life from the time you can walk to the time you cash in your chips that can make you feel like that.

That is great to hear. I feel much the same way. I was pleasantly surprised that he took TV time to do that considering how many bass Z caught and how much more I'm sure he could show. Actually, I never expect Z to not surprise. He's pretty much capable of anything.

Fishing is the greatest sport and life activity that isn't important family and people stuff. That's my feeling anyway.
