Post by: FOB on October 28, 2009, 01:57:23 PM
I am sorry to report the passing of David Dye.  David was a long time bass tournament angler in the Lansing area.  He was 49 years old, lived in Lansing, and worked as a carpenter.  He died this past Saturday of natural causes. Viewing from 9am to 10:30 and Services at 11 a.m. Thursday at Meridian Christian Church, 2600 Bennet Rd., Okemos.   David had run a Stratos 285, and just purchased a 200 XL.  He loved fishing and his Stratos boats.  I was informed he will be buried in his Stratos Tournament shirt.  David leaves behind his wife and young boys.   Donations are being taken for the children.  Please send prayers for the family in their time of grief.
