Got the word from the MDNR Parks Division yesterday evening that they opened the gate at the Clinton River Cutoff ramp after finishing dredging. Should be open as usable from this point on unless we get lots of east winds.
Supposed to be work starting on a permanent solution this fall/winter. Will share information as it becomes available. Good fishing!
