Here's bass pro Sam George on video showing how to tie the (Crazy) Alberto knot. It's the one I've been using for a while now - the vast majority of the time trouble free. It's a small smooth knot that works well for casting even when doing some top-shotting.

I've been using 7 wraps lately which seems to work well. I've tried more to many more without seeing any obvious benefits and sometimes if there's too many wraps the knot starts catching more when casting.
