Are there any bass clubs still in existence? All I seem to hear about are tournament trails. My friend and I are going to jump back into the tournament thing next year and would rather join a club than a trail. Or are they the same thing now?
Is Brighton Bassmasters or Avid Anglers still around?
We are looking for one that fishes on Sundays, we both work more Saturdays than we would like.
Any help would be appreciated.

There are definitely still quite a few bass clubs out there. Not sure about 'Brighton Bassmasters' but Avid is still alive and kicking. There's at least over 40-some clubs (maybe over 50) statewide including one federation or the other, and a number of independents. Make sure you check out the club lists on the www.michiganbassnation.com (http://www.michiganbassnation.com) and www.michigantbf.com (http://www.michigantbf.com).
