I have a LCX-15MT that I am selling to friend. The 15 is an older unit with a gray connectors. I have always run with a blue connector thru-hull transducer and it has worked great. I need to get a skimmer transducer for my friends aluminum boat.
The questions is can I use any 200Khz skimmer with temp or do I have to have a gray connector transducer? I sent this questions to Lowrance and they just sent me the part number for the original transducer that came with the unit. It has been relatively difficult to find the original transducer for a good price.
