If it's Chad Grigsby it was probably shot on Green Bay. I'm just guessing based on past shows. I don't have cable or other TV means to watch the shows anymore so I haven't seen them in a couple season.

No, it was northern Michigan somewhere.  Didn't look like Burt / mullet and it wasn't gtb.

Oh. They traveled then. I'd have to see the show and guess. The people who know for sure probably aren't talking.
