Title: Question about BFL
Post by: Cy on March 05, 2007, 09:49:32 AM
The answer to my question probably here somewhere but I didn't see it.

How does the sign up process work?

If I sign up with a co-angler, will that co-angler get to fish with me or are we just both entered in the standard drawing?

What is the advantage of signing up with a co-angler?

Thanks,

Cy

As a boater, signing up with co-angler guarantees you will be paired with a co-angler (not the one you signed up with).  You will not be paired with another boater if they are short on co-anglers.

As a co-angler, signing up with a boater guarantees you will get to fish.  Otherwise, if there are too many co-anglers, the ones that didn't sign up with a boater may not get to fish.

Just make sure you both sign up sometime before the priority entry deadline of each event - or it doesn't count.

Don't have to sign up at the same time, just both before the priority deadline.
