Post by: Smallie 1 on June 10, 2013, 03:05:38 AM
Need some help here, I have 36v 101 ran great last three years, this year running like 24v setup or less, put new batteries in still no power. Wiring is correct, looking for any suggestions or solutions. Thanks

Have you check behind the prop for any wound fishing line or weed build-up?  This can slow things down.  Also, make sure your prop nut isn't torqued too tight.  Some other items that can affect this, including a failing motor in the lower unit, but I would check the free rotation of the prop, then check wiring (No less than 6 gauge wiring, run some direct to the battery and test).

Lastly, your control board assembly in your foot pedal, usually an all-or-nothing deal, could be a culprit. I'm assuming all batteries are new?  In a 36V system, the power is only as good as the weakest link the chain.  Good luck!
