Great Lakes Bass Fishing Forum

Any one in the Traverse area know of the status of the inland lakes? As with the ice. Looking to get up In a week or so and put my dock in. I need to know whether to bring my ice fishing gear or regular stuff.

There are no safe lakes anywhere right now in the area.  But they wont be open yet next week when ya come up.  I wouldnt expect the ice to be  gone for at least 2 weeks .   Have yet to hear of good steel runs either.
