Does anyone know if there is still a Nemesis TBF Club?
How many people need to be in a club to regester it with the TBF?

I don't know if there is one. I would suggest contacting McCarter but it seems like he was not actually involved in that club or that is was tied to him in any official way. You could send a PM to Mark117 to see if he responds?
