Below is the volunteer need schedule for the 2013 Ultimate Fishing Show Detroit. Volunteers who work at least 2 hours will get a free exhibitor pass to the show that is good for the whole show as long as you help at least two hours. I cannot give out passes to persons who don't help at the booth.
You will get more details in the private volunteers area of the forum. You will be able to see it once I add you to the temporary show group. I will state a few things now. I need people who can talk to others in an outgoing, friendly fashion about joining the websites - mostly GreatLakesBass.com (http://www.greatlakesbass.com) and GreatLakesIceFishing.com (http://www.greatlakesicefishing.com), handing out stuff and just answering general questions about fishing. NO ALCOHOL in the booth. No sales of items not pre-approved by me before the show.
This is only a 10x10 booth so there's not a lot of room for extra friends and family to come and hang out in the booth. Please NO extra people behind the table who are not on the volunteer list. Busy show so I am shooting for 3 to 4 people at the booth at all times. The schedule can be adjusted some to accommodate people willing to help who can't fit one of the existing time slots. Thanks everyone! Mike or I will update the schedule soon. He's on a work 'marathon' right now apparently. We'll look at the earlier thread too and I think I have a PM, maybe a few other messages from people about helping.
I could work Friday after 5:00 any time or any other time you need some help.
I could swing anytime after 6:30p on Friday through any time Saturday.
I can do Friday after 5pm...and Saturday afternoon / evening OR Sunday most of the day.
Look forward to Mike dunking for fish again. Oh yeah./...and jerky.

Dan has been busy with life. He needs to add some of you to a list so you can see it. I will be adding all the names and times to the schedule on this post today so everyone can see it. In fact, I'll work on that right now.
Any of you who volunteered and didn't give specific times, please find some open slots and let me know. There are still plenty of chances to mingle with some of the finest people in bass fishing. Not making any promises at this time, but I heard a rumor we MAY get a special appearance from a celebrity at some point in the weekend. You won't want to miss it.

Mojo had already volunteered for the spot on Friday evening. It was updated on the private board but not the public. I've made sure both of them match now (I think?).

It's not full, it's broken and no one seems to have a way to fix it. No big deal for me as I usually call people back if I miss their call. I really missed yours though... sorry.
