Title: Deer season fishing
Post by: Got Fish?? on November 04, 2012, 06:09:27 PM
Am I the only one who takes a rod and reel to deer camp? On those down times when your not in the woods, or you just need a fix. I have a couple honey holes close to camp. Pike, bass, trout and Salmon.

I don't hunt, but went to a fishing chatroom... deer camp in Missouri.  Wanted to meet a couple guys that were going from the West coast.  Me and a guy from Illinois went into a local sporting goods shop and you should have seen the looks on the clerks face when we asked to purchase fishing licenses !!!!  LOLOLOL  They thought we were crazy.  It was some state rec area that was huge for deer hunting.  There was a river that ran through it.  The others in the camp suggested we wear Orange when we fished !!!! Yikes .   :)
