Someone told me up at the Mullett Lake BFL that Ranger Cup requirements had changed this year to make only original owners of Ranger Boats eligible for the Ranger Cup contingency bonuses (and Yamaha Motors too).
I talked to Robert Vannerson at FLW Outdoors to clarify this and found out that Ranger Cup requirements for the BFL events had not changed. You just need to own a Ranger Boat, be a Ranger Owner's Group member, register for the Ranger Cup and follow all the clothing and signage requirements to be eligible for the Ranger Cup bonus.
The change to original Ranger Boat owners only being eligible for Ranger Cup bonuses only applies to the rewards given out at the All-American event, not the individual BFL events.
